Emergency Response Project – South Kordofan and White Nile
ZAD Organization for Development implemented an Emergency Response Project to support conflict-affected and displaced communities, with funding from the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) and in coordination with the Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC). The project targeted Abu Jubeiha, Al-Tadamun, Rashad, Al-Abassiya, Abu Karshola, and Kalogi localities in South Kordofan State, as well as Goz Al Salam Camp in Kosti, White Nile State.
- The project delivered integrated interventions in Food Security, Health, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Protection, Education, and Non-Food Items (NFI) assistance to address the urgent needs of vulnerable populations. The project reached 10,000 displaced households and 3,000 host community households, providing essential humanitarian support while promoting dignity, resilience, and recovery.
